If you wish to book accommodations at the Sheraton after August 12th, please contact In-house Reservation Department directly via email – reservations@sheratonhotelnewfoundland.com - asking to be booked under the AIM Network event and requesting the Conference Rate for your accommodations.
All attendees will be making their own reservations by contacting the hotel directly at 1-888-870-3033 or through
e-mail at reservations@sheratonhotelnewfoundland.com on an individual basis. Hotel reservations is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Newfoundland Standard Time. Guests should identify themselves as members of the group, Atlantic Infrastructure Management (AIM) Network, in order to qualify for the contracted group rate. A valid credit card much be provided at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation. Reservations must be made by the reservation due date of August 4, 2019. If a reservation is not cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival and the guest does not arrive as scheduled, a no-show fee of the first night room & tax will be billed to the credit card.
