Climate Resilience in Operations & Maintenance Planning

What the workshop is about: 
Developing robust operations and maintenance plans is important to
manage risk from the increasing frequency and severity of climate events that
impact service delivery. This workshop will help lead participants to solutions to
building climate resilience of assets and services through operations and
maintenance, resulting in O & M adaptation actions.

Who Should Attend: 
Municipal Operations, Maintenance and Public Works
staff.

Outcomes or Deliverables: Participants will prepare an Operations and
Maintenance resilience action roadmap for their municipality.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.


This workshop is delivered through the Federation of Canadian Municipalities’ Green Municipal
Fund and the Government of Canada.
