AIM Network is here to support municipalities in Atlantic Canada grow a culture of asset management planning in their organizations. We understand that many small and mid-size communities have limited funding, time, and in-house resources. To support these communities, AIM Network has put together a step by step program for developing a policy through creating a capital plan for infrastructure upgrades with easy-to-use and low-cost software solutions. AIM Network works closely with asset management planning experts in identifying and developing open source software tools and methodologies to build the AIMnet Solution. AIM Network draws on the assistance of municipal staff with asset management experience, colleges and universities, asset management professionals and software experts to contribute to the improvement and development of these tools.
